Low-cost spatial filter movement

All products are sold individually as standard specification items. We offer quick supply due to complete stock availability.

By combining a separately sold objective lens for microscopes with a pinhole, a spatial filtering system can be constructed. It comes with a pinhole adapter that secures a unmounted type (9.5mm) pinhole. Unlike the M6 screw type spatial filter movement, which allows for precise XY positioning of the pinhole using two differential micrometer drives, this product is a budget version that enables positioning in the same direction using a feed screw with a 0.5mm pitch. Laser Focusing Assembly & Spatial Filter Movement

All products are sold individually as standard specification items. We provide short delivery times due to complete stock availability.

This is a precision positioning product that is convenient for guiding laser light into a fiber patch cord (MM fiber) with an FC connector. By introducing the light into the optical fiber, spatial filtering that removes higher-order diffraction light from the laser is possible. Additionally, for semiconductor lasers that generally have an elliptical beam shape, it is also possible to shape the beam into a circular form by passing it through the fiber. It comes with a 10X objective lens (NA=0.25) for laser focusing applications in biological microscopes. It can also be applied for collimating the emitted light from the optical fiber. For the product lineup, specifications, and sales prices of standard products, please visit the relevant product page on the official website of Edmund Optics Japan (accessible from the product homepage linked above). *You can download the catalog from Edmund Optics Japan that includes this product from the link below.
